Rocking the 0.6 Miler
I went out for my first run in two weeks on Saturday and it was awesome. I coveredĀ 0.6 miles in 5 minutes flat – just as if I had no layoff at all. It was very encouraging, as long as I ignore the fact thatĀ I was in pain for the entire five minutes.
I’m fine now, because I stopped before aggravating my injury. If this keeps up, I’m going to have to change the name of this site to Swimming Is Funny.
