Having just run my first 5k 2 weekends ago, I have been wondering just exactly how people drink water while running. I didn’t have time to get any water in me before the race (poor planning on my part) so I grabbed a cup from the volunteer during the run and in my attempt to drink it while not slowing down, ended up splashing it all over my face. So thanks for the helpful tip!
